📘 K–8th Grade Umbrella Program

✔️ Simple Documentation

We believe in meaningful reflection—not busywork. Parents and students document learning through KWL Forms, submitted twice yearly.

KWL Form Sections:

• What the child knows
• What the child (or parent) wants to learn
• What was learned (completed at 6 and 12 months)

🧒 K–5th Grade Requirements:

• Submit KWL Forms for Reading, Writing, and Math
• No daily logs or hour tracking
• Two reports per year—one at 6 months, one at 12 months

🧑‍🎓 6–8th Grade Requirements:

• Submit KWL Forms for Reading, Writing, Math, Science, and Social Studies
• Timeline same as K–5
• No hour tracking required

💰 K–8th Tuition & Fees:

• One-Time Family Registration: $100
• Annual Tuition:
  1st Student: $250/year
  Additional Students: $200/year each

🎓 9–12th Grade Umbrella Program

🗂️ Personalized High School Planning

Families set graduation requirements, and students take the lead in documenting their learning and growth.

Required Submissions:

1. Parent Transcript Requirements (submitted once)
2. Yearly Plan from student:
   Courses, credits, and mastery expectations
   Individual course plans (all approved by Vibrant Minds)
3. Course Completion:
   Self-evaluation by student
   Parent sign-off

🧭 Vibrant Minds Recommends:

• 4 Years English Language Arts
• 2–3 Years Math
• At least 1 Year Science
• At least 1 Year Social Studies

Note: Final requirements are always determined by the family.

💰 High School Tuition & Fees:

• One-Time Family Registration: $100
• Annual Tuition: $400/student
• Transcript Request: $10 each
• Graduation Fee (Senior Year): $150
