VIBES Headquarters empowers youth to Venture Forth with courage, Inquire Deeply, Believe in Themselves, Envision Greatness, and Shine Their Light in the world.
At VIBES, we believe every child deserves a space where they can belong, explore, and grow. Rooted in the values of inclusion, imagination, and intentional care, VIBES is a supportive, supervised environment that feels more like a clubhouse than a program — a fun, dynamic space where school-age kids can chill with friends, explore new interests, and just be themselves.
We proudly serve Vibrant Minds students with before and after school care, while also providing non-school day and snow day coverage for families across Franklin County. After school and Saturdays, we open our doors to all curious minds, offering a safe space to hang out with friends, play a board game, get help with homework, or squeeze in some study time.
On the weekend, why not jump into one of our exploration classes in STEM, arts, or creative collaboration? Families are welcome to sign up in advance or simply drop in and join the vibe — space is limited, so availability is first come, first served.
Whether it’s before the bell, after class, or on a weekend adventure, VIBES is a nurturing clubhouse where children are inspired to explore the world around them — and their own potential.
VIBES CLUB & LOUNGE
For students who are ready for more independence, VIBES Clubhouse is more than just an after-school hangout — it’s a space designed for connection, creativity, and self-direction. Whether they want to meet up with friends, dive into a favorite hobby, join a strategy board game, or simply enjoy a laid-back atmosphere, VIBES offers a safe and welcoming environment where kids and teens can explore their interests and take ownership of their time. Parents love knowing their children have a supervised, positive space to socialize and grow — building confidence, responsibility, and friendships along the way.

Supervised Care
For families with younger students who need more structure and supervision, VIBES Care offers a dependable and nurturing environment designed just for them — a place where children feel safe, supported, and engaged throughout their day. VIBES Care ensures that every child receives the attention they need while building confidence, developing social skills, and enjoying a sense of belonging.
Before Care (Ages 5–11)
Our Before Care program offers a calm and cozy space for students to ease into their morning. Cereal, muffins, or other dry breakfast options are available to help fuel up before classes begin.
Price: $40/week (Tuesday–Friday, 6:30–8:00 AM)
After Care (Ages 5–11)
Our After Care program provides a safe, structured environment for students after school. Kids are supervised closely and provided with a snack each afternoon. While Social Club students may also be present during this time, After Care participants receive more direct attention and support.
Price: $40/week (Tuesday–Friday, 3:30–5:30 PM)
Full Coverage: Before & After Care
For families needing full-day coverage, enroll in our combined Before & After Care package. This option ensures your child has continuous, supervised care from early morning through late afternoon, with both breakfast and afternoon snack included.
Price: $70/week (Tuesday–Friday, 6:30–8:00 AM + 3:30–5:30 PM)
Monday All-Day Care
When Vibrant Minds classes are closed on Mondays, we’ve got you covered! Monday All-Day Care offers a full day of safe, supervised care from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Students can enjoy breakfast and an afternoon snack — just be sure to pack a lunch from home.
Price: $35/day (Vibrant Minds students only)
Public School Closure & Snow Day Care
We also provide care on public school closure days and snow days, as space allows. Please contact us in advance to check availability for these special care days.
Price: $40/day (area students; space-limited — call ahead)
